  • Provide a full written response within 15 working days, where possible

Step 3: Independent Redress (TPO)

If your complaint remains unresolved after our internal process, you may refer it to:
The Property Ombudsman (TPO)
You must do so within 12 months of receiving our final response.

  • Advising clients where potential health and safety issues may be identified
